- Responsible for handling a full spectrum of Hr and Admin functions
- Prepare and conduct new employees orientation program
- Maintain and update the employees Training record
- Handle MOM Surveys and goverment subsidies which include foreign worker .
- Involves in grieveances and disciplinary activities
- Managing the staffing needs of the organization
- processing and timely submission of all forms and claims from goverment
- Be the first point of contact for employees on any Hr related activities
- Maintain and update personal files and leave records of all employees
- Source and recommend training and professional development courses for the staff.
