Job Description
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship opportunities.
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy aligned with company objectives, identifying and expanding business opportunities.
- Account management; manage new and existing customer relationships, fostering strong partnerships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs for your team, tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring consistent achievement or exceeding of targets.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, market trends, and changes in customers' demands.
- Coordination with inter-departments to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders;
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing of business disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experiences;
- Possess interpersonal, communication and strong business acumen;
- Good critical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong team player who is able to work well in fast-paced environment.
- Well-equipped with Microsoft Excel Skills
- Must be willing to work night shift to cover US/LATAM region.
