Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for designing, developing and delivering WSQ-accredited and non-WSQ training programmes to enrolled trainees under the organization.
· Facilitate learning across a range of qualification courses, in day or evening classes
· Set up and manage learning materials and activities on LMS
· Implement learning facilitation through in-person and online lesson delivery
· Monitor and support students' learning progress
· Set, assess and mark and monitor all assignments and examinations related to units taught
· Evaluate training effectiveness and assess competency of course delivery
· Able to exercise good communication skills with students to deliver learning content
· Plan and implement strategies to support students' learning through various platforms
· Plan and implement strategies to assess students' learning progress via various methods
· Conduct course orientation, preview, outreach events etc. wherever necessary
· Represent KLCII at professional conferences and seminars, contributing as necessary
· Undertake continuous professional development and participate in staff development activities for personal & professional growth
Job Requirements
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Early Childhood Education
· At least B4 in English (EL1) GCE ‘O’ Level credit, or equivalent
· ACEY or HCIC certified
· ACLP/ACTA Certified
· Relevant working experiences with infants/toddlers
· At least 3 years of teaching experience in the Early Childhood field
· At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the Early Childhood field
· Experience in training is preferred
