Job Role:
The Training Executive (Curriculum), overseeing a few trainers, will be expected to work closely with the QEHS and Human Resource Department
Job Scope
- Develop and update training courseware according to organizational needs
- Develop and administer On-Job Training (OJT) training programmes
- Conduct on-site training on WSQ programmes & OJT
- Identify and recommend training needs of various departments
- Evaluate and report training outcomes and KPIs
- Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop and courses
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes enrolment, monitoring, and tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in related service fields (eg. Landscape, Security, Environmental Services)
- ACTA/ACLP certified with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with the WSQ Framework
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow-through skills
