Location: Hougang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Flexi work timing (7:30am - 5:15pm | 8:30am - 6:15pm | 9:30am - 7:15pm)
Salary: Up to $4000 + $200 (Monthly Allowance) + Performance Bonus + OT Pay / Off in Lieu
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support - Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, online (Virtual online), or in person, in regards to audio systems
- Assist customers in configuring, installing and troubleshooting audio systems and to set up display and maintenance assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to audio equipment
- Product knowledge of the audio technology and products
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external staff and customers
- Inventory tracking and control for record and organized the inventory of products
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Loudspeaker System, Digital Mixing Console or related field
