Position: Operations Assistant
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory checks for bus shelters.
- Perform site inspections for bus shelters to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Input data accurately into bus shelter records.
- Provide operational assistance to the team as required.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-minded.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
