Job Responsibilities
Operations:
- Direct and coordinate all aspects of club operations including staffing, scheduling and procurement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards within the club
Member Experience:
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that resonates with the club's esteemed membership base
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Leadership and Team Development:
- Train and supervise a team of dedicated staff members, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers team members to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service
