Job Responsibilities


Operations:

  • Direct and coordinate all aspects of club operations including staffing, scheduling and procurement
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards within the club

Member Experience:

  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that resonates with the club's esteemed membership base
  • Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Train and supervise a team of dedicated staff members, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers team members to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence in hospitality
