RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
· Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned, and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations. Works include: Site clearance, set up site office, coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site, works for underground MRT Cut & Cover Tunnel works including ERSS works, deep excavation, strutting works, RC works, and backfilling works.
· Coordinate and supervise site workers.
· Coordinate transportation of site workers.
· Ensure compliance of company and legislative requirements
· Report on daily issues to Section Manager.
· Monitor work progress at site.
· Maintain and monitor quality controls.
· Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
· Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
· Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
