Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of Accounts Payable
- Support in Accounts Receivable spectrum
- Handles Petty Cash
- Employee claims administration
- Prepare Quarterly GST reports
- Monitor cash flows
- Assist with month end close, financial, tax and audit matters
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of finance matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Have initiative, enthusiastic & able to work independently
- Able to commence work immediately / in short notice is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP System is an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English.
- Able to commence work at short notice will be an advantage
- Applicants should preferably be Singapore Citizens or hold relevant residence status
