Our client is a US MNC, market leader in the Technology industry. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist their IT team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible. This IT Support Engineer would be responsible for :
- Regularly sync up with the team to discuss priorities, projects, tasks, and assignments.
- Adhere to technical procedures established by the department, ensuring standards are maintained consistently.
- Offer prompt and accurate solutions to assigned tasks or issues.
- Follow protocols for onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and update asset inventory as needed.
- Use administrator access responsibly.
- Keep teammates informed about important decisions or concerns through regular communication.
- Employ empathetic and appropriate language when providing support and addressing colleagues; maintain professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable to work outside of office hours
