Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects to be implemented are completed on time and safely, within approved project costs and of quality consistent with the contract specifications and statutory compliance.
- Co-ordinate with consultant and site staff to ensure that M&E services equipment supplied is of good quality and installed with a high standard of workmanship.
- Coordinate planning, design, and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation, and contract/site administration for departmental projects.
- Manage the project works in accordance with the sectional Quality Management System and ISO Operations Instructions Manual.
- Provide feedback to other relevant Sections on defects, shortcomings and difficulties encountered during the implementation of the projects.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Building Engineering recognized by PE Board.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates who are keen in environmental sustainability are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who are Building and Construction Authority (BCA) certified Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or registered Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) are advantages.
- Analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate with more years of relevant work experience will be considered for senior position.
