Responsibilities: As the FOOD AND BEVERAGE (F&B) MANAGER you will have a multifaceted role that encompasses both operational management and leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, striving to enhance the overall dining experience.
2. Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage beverage costs, pricing, and profitability while ensuring quality standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets, track expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
3. Leadership and Team Development:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and promoting open communication among staff.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the bar team, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Lead regular staff meetings to align the team with restaurant goals, initiatives, and upcoming promotions and menus.
