Job Description:

As the Managing Director of Perform To Transform Pte Ltd, you will be the head of the company, responsible for steering the organization towards its strategic goals. Your role will involve providing visionary leadership, overseeing operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with the founder, leveraging his extensive experience in ESG consulting, project management, telecommunications, and financial services, to further the company’s mission of redefining sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

· Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.

· Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.

· Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainability practices.


Operational Management:

· Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

· Ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of staff.

· Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, including ESIA, EIA, and GHG reporting projects.


Financial Oversight:

· Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company.

· Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and implement strategies for profitability.

· Secure and manage funding to support company initiatives and projects.


Business Development:

· Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

· Represent the company in professional associations, public forums, and networking events.


Compliance and Risk Management:

· Ensure all company activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

· Manage risks and implement effective risk management strategies.

· Foster transparency and trust through diligent governance and ethical practices.


Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

· Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best sustainability practices.

· Drive initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Finance or Wealth Management
  • At least 10 years of experience in Project Management of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various cultures and geographic locations.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, or environmental consulting sectors.
  • Strong understanding of environmental and social impact assessments, carbon offset solutions, and GHG reporting.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to sustainability and a passion for driving meaningful change.
