Job Description & Requirements

1)Will be the person in charge to ensure good customer experience.

2)Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations in line with the company’s business objectives.

3)To ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

4)Oversee daily operation and manage a team of service crew.

5)Able to train team to up-sell receipt per head, retail products (take away), recruit Loyalty Membership and provide good customer service.

6)Versatile in different job roles and hands on operations.


Requirements :

1) Above 3 years of F&B experience in managing/leading a team of people

2) Above 2 years of F&B operations experience in hotel restaurants (Indian food) is a must

3) Possess a bachelor degree from any faculty

4) Friendly personality and hospitable to all guests, good PR skill.

5) Need to be hands-on to daily operations, so as to understand better on SOPs to improvise the work flow

6)Positive attitude with a strong sense of communication with customer. Mainly Tamil and Hindi speaking customers patronise our restaurant at Little India.
