Roles & Repsonsibilities:
a. Organising and upkeep of the litchen
b. Maintiaining sufficient stocks and raw materials to ensure uninterrupted operation
c. Preparing all neccessary ingredients to ensure smooth operation
d. Cooking all dishes according to order in a quick and efficient manner
e. Collection and washing of all cutleries,
f. Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
g. Any other duties intructed by supervisor.
