We are seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our analytics platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that enhance operational efficiencies and patient outcomes in behavioral health centers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enhancing clinical prioritization, patient flow, resource allocation, and care standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop and refine product features that meet market needs.
  • Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their challenges and
  • requirements.
  • Define clear product metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide product enhancements.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out, driving product vision, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology in the US provider Market.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health clinical processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
