Duration of Service:
Contract Period: From 01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
Scope of Services:
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Upkeep and preparation of resources for lessons in school, e.g., the Science Room, Mathematics Room, and Tinkering Corner.
- Assist in School’s Programmes.
- Safety in venues of activities e.g., Science Room, Mathematics Room & Tinkering Corner.
- Stock Taking.
- Others.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- GCE ‘N’ Levels.
- Office skills e.g., word processing, use of Microsoft Excel.
- Candidate with 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
