Shift pattern 4-3-3-4 pattern.
Working hours is from 7.45am/pm to 8.15pm/am.
- Achieve business objectives by adhering to safe workplace practices in line with industry guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications during operations.
- Complete all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists as required.
- Operate machines within specified centerline values.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and participate in crew discussions and meetings.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and routine maintenance effectively.
- Minimize downtime during operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE “O” Level / NITEC or Higher NITEC / National Trade Certificate holder
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Open to perform day/night shift work
