We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to spearhead our global marketing initiatives and drive the expansion of our brand presence in the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting holistic health and wellness, possessing a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the visibility and market positioning of the organization’s beauty and wellness products and services.
Lead and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing team, including website management, social media engagement, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, such as articles, videos, and graphics, to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Effectively manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and analyze key metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive return on investment (ROI).
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders to maximize publicity and promotional opportunities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management within related industries.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
