We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Business Development) to lead the strategic growth and expansion of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong business acumen, proven track record in business development, and a passion for promoting holistic wellness and self-care. The General Manager will play a key role in shaping our business development strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives in the beauty and wellness industry.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, suppliers, and distributors.
Lead the negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements to expand the reach and impact of our beauty and wellness solutions.
Drive the development and launch of new products and services to meet the evolving needs of our target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives, including marketing, product development, and operations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and market trends to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience and relevant network to provide a strong foundation for business development initiatives.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in related industries.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic business development initiatives.
Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends of our target market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Proficiency in speaking with foreign clients is a plus.
