The Survey Experience Officer (Household-Direct) is responsible for conducting household surveys, ensuring participant feedback is successfully captured with compliance to set guidelines and resolving any related issues. This role will also maintain effective communication with a range of stakeholders including survey teams, respondents and related internal teams.
You will be part of the Data Collection team to conduct large-scale national surveys. In this role, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of learning experiences such as practical hands-on application of concepts that will be introduced via formal training, as well as interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Complete survey via phone and field visit
- Schedule interview appointments with respondents
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
- Data entry for completed surveys
- Status update report to supervisor
- Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- 5 days work week, across Mondays to Sundays
- Based on rostering - Different shift timing (AM / PM) Corporate sim card will be provided for making outbound calls however corporate phone will not be provided by the company.

- Contract till 31st December 2024 (Renewable basis)
