Key Account Holder

Equipmax Pte. Ltd.

Job Descriptions :

  • Sales & marketing of commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • To handle and follow up with prospective sales enquiries.
  • Provide quotations to customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Liaise with outlet managers, site supervisors etc regarding machine delivery or any issues arise from the machines.
  • Able to troubleshoot, resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager to assign jobs to technicians.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and providing after sales support when requested.
  • To achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare market and sales reports to analyze sales trends, market situation and competitors’ products.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 1 year experience.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.
  • Fast learner, outgoing, excellent negotiating skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently/ ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Possess a valid Singapore driver’s license.
