Job Descriptions :
- Sales & marketing of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- To handle and follow up with prospective sales enquiries.
- Provide quotations to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Liaise with outlet managers, site supervisors etc regarding machine delivery or any issues arise from the machines.
- Able to troubleshoot, resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Technical Manager to assign jobs to technicians.
- Responding to complaints from customers and providing after sales support when requested.
- To achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare market and sales reports to analyze sales trends, market situation and competitors’ products.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 1 year experience.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
- Fast learner, outgoing, excellent negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently/ ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Possess a valid Singapore driver’s license.
