- Execute all kitchen duties that include production to menu preparation and presentation, in accordance to company standards
- Be responsible for all kitchen ordering and suppliers liaising
- Food tasting and ability to create new dishes
- Maintain kitchen workspace hygiene and tidiness at all times
- Ensure inventory replenishment is timely and sufficient, assist in effective storage of stocks and supplier ordering
- Communicate confidently with different departments and customers to deliver an excellent service experience
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when job requires
