Our Client is a global Luxary Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Aftersales Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire aftersales processes and strive for continuous enhancements.
- Supervise client repairs, ensuring thorough follow-up and managing escalations.
- Thoroughly inspect all incoming repairs to ensure clear communication and meeting repair expectations.
- Expedite backorders and provide customers with precise availability dates.
- Assess repairs and redirect them to the appropriate center.
- Follow up on quotations among customers, craftsmen, and the reginal office.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues, expedite orders, and monitor shipments.
- Coordinate shipments from the centralized warehouse and local suppliers.
- Manage shipments and documentation with the logistics team.
- Analyze and assess the demand for aftersales services to identify and implement solutions.
Min Diploma in Admin or related field
- Min 4 years of experience in luxury retail brand
- Experience in using Microsoft office
- Knowledge in SAP will be added bonus
