Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
- Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
- Proactive appointment planning for service visits.
- Helping to train new employees in company procedures and products.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers.
- Close cooperation with sales colleagues to create extremely good customer experience beyond customers’ expectatin the Successful Applicant.
- Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, or adjacent field.
- 5 or above years experience in construction cranes services industry.
- High level technical and analytical skills, problem solving mindset.
- Open-minded personality, Strong communicator.
- Willingness for regular travel and occasional overtime working.
- Base Salary plus Additional Bonus (Year-end Performance Bonus plus service bonus).
