Our client is a Logistic industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Operation Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.
Duties:
- Manage fuel farm operations, ensuring preventive measures for future issues and maintaining fuel quality. Collaborate with worksites for demand forecasting and stock planning.
- Oversee maintenance operations, escalate equipment non-availability, and approve complex maintenance work within financial limits.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with quality and safety standards. Develop business continuity plans, drive implementation of quality and safety changes, and manage audits and compliance.
- Manage strategic contractual issues with customers and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, guide transformation, and encourage adoption of new business strategies.
- Manage career planning, resources, and operational efficiency. Review budgets, approve requisitions, and drive initiatives for recruitment, retention, and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree with operation management skills preferred.
- Prior experience with Aviation industry preferred
