Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (Flexible Timing)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 4000
- S$ 200 Monthly Fixed Allowance
- Variable Bonus
- OT Payable Allowance
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, online (virtual online), or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting audio system issues
- To manage technical issues and communicate with person in charge on all
Digital Audio Workstations and licensing - Assist customers in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting complex audio systems for optimal performance within the project job scope upon being engaged.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including
troubleshooting guides and FAQs, to assist both customers and internal teams. - Provide internal and external training on new products and support procedures.
- Perform quality checks on audio equipment to ensure that project business project partners meet company standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications
- Preferably at least 3 years’ of experience in Live Sound mixing
- Ability to provide technical support in Pre & Post Sales Activities
