Responsibilities:
- Register incoming patients
- Prepare the patient for examination
- Respond to patient phone call queries
- Inform patient of financial responsibility
- Prepare and file patient forms
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
- Scheduling appointments for patients
Requirements:
- Min N/O level, Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Prior healthcare customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
