- Reception and front desk responsibilities
- Scheduling of appointments
- Update and maintain patient database using client management software
- Handle patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Respond to phone and email bookings
- Maintain and ensure shop cleanliness and tidiness
- Inventory and stocktaking
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Supervisor / Management
- Assistant to the Director
Requirement :
- Part timer must be able to work 3 to 4 days a weeks.
- willing to work at Outram Park.

- good attitude and willingness to learn
- customer service oriented and previous customer service experience preferred
