Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the Chemical industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Manager to be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Logistics Manager:
- Lead and supervise logistics team members.
- Manage delivery contractors for timely deliveries
- Plan and optimize warehouse space
- Implement FIFO and Lot Number picking methods
- Assist in inventory planning and analysis
- Conduct cycle stock counts and manage adjustments
- Coordinate between departments efficiently
- Process and analyze monthly reports
- Manage logistics-related correspondences
- Ensure staff adherence to safety standards
- Continuously improve work processes for efficiency
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
