Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Receive/Assign customer support enquiries and requests to the relevant technical personnel using the company’s designated support protocols and systems
- Update/Maintain documentation as per the company’s guidelines
- Update/Maintain the company’s Service Management System database by cross-referencing data from the various documentation (eg. servicing records, maintenance contracts, customer service documents etc.)
- Ensure accuracy/consistency of customer and equipment data within the company’s service database
- Generate standard system reports (eg. availability, scheduling reports) for field-related data dissemination
- Support the team in achieving annual service booking targets by assisting in administrative tasks, such as generating customer reminders and preparing quotations for service provisions
- Conduct follow-up calls to maintain client relationships and foster repeat business
- Process service parts orders initiated by field engineers through the company’s designated forms
- Assist with the various service tasks such as invoicing and proforma invoices
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant service administration/support working experience
