Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production department.
- Lead and supervise a team of production supervisors and operators.
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor and maintain production flow and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Able to lead a team
