Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT industry. They are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through various outreach methods such as cold calling
- Provide support with various operational tasks when required
- Process quotation requests from the company’s designated resellers, addressing any inquiries from them when needed
- Regularly update the sales pipeline report for international accounts
- Identify renewal opportunities, and send out the necessary quotations in advance
- Manage cost sheets for the company’s marketing/promotional activities
- Handle the company’s order processing
- Track orders, and handle shipment coordination
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant inside sales experience
