Job Description:
• Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting due diligence checks,
processing and reviewing applications/submissions by charities;
• Answer calls, attend to emails and provide technical assistance to charities who encountered
issues related to applications and submissions in Charity Portal; and
• Any other matters assigned.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours with hybrid working arrangement)
Salary: Monthly Rated (TBA)
Job Requirements:
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, be a good team player.
• Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be advantage.
• Experience in customer support and familiar with MS CRM Dynamics 365 will be advantage.
