Learning and Development Specialist (Banking, East)

Our Client is one of the leader in the banking space, they are seeking for an experienced HRBP who is proficient in e-learning, training and development functions.


Salary up to $6000

Location: Changi Biz Park


E-Learning Module Integration:

  • Collaborate with the CSO and L&D team to test and integrate new e-learning modules into the SABA platform.
  • Work closely with the vendor and business L&D design team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the modules.

Digital Asset Design and Catalogue Development:

  • Design engaging eDMs to promote sustainability learning initiatives bank-wide.
  • Update and maintain intranet assets for the sustainability learning campus.
  • Consolidate and co-curate a comprehensive catalogue of all sustainability learning resources across the bank.

Collaboration and Partnership Building:

  • Support partnerships and collaborate with various units within business
  • Coordinate meetings and discussions with business units to identify opportunities for collaboration and event planning.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Design and implement gamification mechanics for business-wide events such as the HR Future Forward week.
  • Prepare for workshops and on-site events during the Future Forward week, including ITQ consolidation, feedback surveys, and booth management.

Senior Leaders training:

  • Coordinate the schedules of facilitators for CMC trainings across five locations.
  • Support development of facilitator cheat sheets for all training activities.
  • Provide hands-on support for the Singapore MC training, including on-site assistance.

Completion Rate Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor and track completion rates for existing and new sustainability learning programs.
  • Update monthly dashboards to communicate progress and completion rates to all locations.
  • Analyze feedback surveys from participants to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in creating digital assets or communications.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other creative design tools.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
