Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process, which includes tasks such as conducting employee screenings, issuing offer letters, and managing employee declarations.
- Conduct post-employment screenings and communicate any discrepancies found in screening reports to the relevant HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate various staff movement activities such as transfers, secondments, and changes in employment status.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and their dependents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
- Deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualification with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant experience within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act.
- Demonstrates high initiative, meticulousness, and detail orientation, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Thrives in dynamic work environments, adept at multitasking and managing high workloads independently.
- Openness to embracing new HR technologies and adapting to evolving processes.
