TRAVEL GENERAL MANAGER (Singapore and Malaysia Location)
The company is newly established in the travel industry. They are looking for like-minded individuals to join them in growing the team into a prestige agency providing travel services in Asia and many other countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall management of the company's business development, formulate the annual business plan and promote its implementation.
- Establish a unified and efficient organizational system and work system for the whole company, preside over the formulation of key management processes and rules and regulations, optimize and adjust the organization and process in a timely manner, and improve the final combing of internal employees and the company's external relations with the entire travel agency as a unit.
- Strengthen the cultivation of employees' ideological and professional abilities, so as to improve the quality of employees and give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has experience in large OTA (Online Travel Agency) company, such as ctrip, etc.
- Proficient in speaking and typing English and Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business/Tourism field.
- Circa 7-10 year’s experience within travel product development with knowledge on tours and routes in Singapore & Malaysia.
- Citizen or Permanent Resident required
