Job Description
JobTech is a product start-up looking to solve real world labour problems and deliver the best possible experience to our end users. In this unique role, you will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into innovative product designs that meet customer pain points and drive business success.
- Drive product innovation through effective tracking and analysis of tasks and development items.
- Collaborates with internal and external clients and stakeholders to research, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring accurate alignment with genuine business needs while representing all stakeholders effectively.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and technical solution/support teams, utilizing effective communication skills to extract, record, assess, and verify business processes, systems, and solution prerequisites.
- Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration aspects of the solution.
- Support requirements management and change management processes.
- Develop a strategic and creative vision for a product experience that addresses genuine customer pain points.
- Collect and analyze industry standards, market requirements, customer needs, and values to inform future product development.
- Identify new development areas and enhancements, and innovate solutions to enhance existing or new products.
- Take ownership of the complete design journey, including ideation, prototyping, UI/UX design, and the creation of production-ready designs.
Requirements
- You've created and leveraged design systems across a multitude of applications.
- Established a track record of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams to launch successful products.
- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A portfolio that showcases expertise in both visual and interaction design.
- Proficiently skilled in design software, such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Possessing 1 to 2 years of design background as a product designer, specialising in mobile and web applications.
