Job Description & Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection process, liasing with external parties eg: MOM, Agents, Embassies.
- Build and develop strong client base.
- WP/Spass processing to candidates ’s orientation.
- Perform recruitment functions such as understanding job requirements, sourcing through various platforms, screening, interviewing, job offers and placement of candidates.
- Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
- Handle, Coordinate, Lead and support hiring managers and other business stakeholders on conducting interviews.
- Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising for existing and future openings.
- Ensure new hires have well-organized and inspiring hiring, onboarding, and probation experience by collaborating with managers, finance and HR teams.
- Accurately track and report on the recruitment, onboarding and confirmation process based on using MS Excel and relevant HRIS module.
- Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, HR policy, and Singapore legislation regarding employment practices.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- When relevant, collaborate with and support the country/region HR teams on related activities (e.g. onboarding, data & analytics, exit interviews etc).
- To maintain excellent working relationships with agents and staffs.
- May oversee the scheduling , assignments and daily workflow of staff in various departments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.
