Responsibilities
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to staffs involve in sales
- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
- Attending meetings and daily standups.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales
- Assisting management planning sales strategies.
- Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
- Performing sales administrative task
- Meeting customers on regular basis during sales calls
- Expanding the revenue stream via procurement of new sales
- Adminstrative task related to sales
Requirements
- Ability to meet and exceed sales target
- Must be motivated, flexible and able to work independently
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work with numerous individuals on a daily basis to sort issues, discuss clients, find solutions
- Knowledge of our industry is a plus
- Demonstrate initiative and follow-up skills
- Ability to travel domestically, as required. There may be a need to travel overseas in the future
- 2 years full time experience as Sales Support
