Assistant Sales Manager

Concept Shared Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to staffs involve in sales
  • Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
  • Attending meetings and daily standups.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales
  • Assisting management planning sales strategies.
  • Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
  • Performing sales administrative task
  • Meeting customers on regular basis during sales calls
  • Expanding the revenue stream via procurement of new sales
  • Adminstrative task related to sales

Requirements

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales target
  • Must be motivated, flexible and able to work independently
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work with numerous individuals on a daily basis to sort issues, discuss clients, find solutions
  • Knowledge of our industry is a plus
  • Demonstrate initiative and follow-up skills
  • Ability to travel domestically, as required. There may be a need to travel overseas in the future
  • 2 years full time experience as Sales Support
