Singaporean Only, security clearance required
Basic Salary $3000 - $5000 + Site Allowance + Standby allowance + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and server systems
- Single point of contact with customers/users, resolver groups, third party service providers
- Managing incidents/service requests reported by users
- Tracking incidents/service requests and ensure closure within agreed timescales
- Standby duties required (based on roster)
Working Hours:
- Office hours, Mon - Fri
Working Location:
- Near Cashew MRT
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in Network related issues
- Min Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology or IT related courses
- Possess Class 3/3A Driving Licence will be an added advantage
