- Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition process
- Attract candidates via different sourcing channels.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to discuss the position, the ideal candidate, and processes for the search.
- Design job descriptions and screening questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, phone, virtual or face-to-face interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across different levels and groups.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the recruitment journey.
- Onboard new employees and conduct orientation where necessary.
- Review and update recruitment-related policies and procedures. Generate and prepare reports relating to talent acquisition.
- Work on ad-hoc HR projects and other related activities as assigned from time to time
Working Arrangement:
- Location: West (Bouna Vista)
- Office hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm
- 6-12 months contract
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Demonstrate proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in conducting phone, video and face to face interviews, coupled with adept candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with leveraging on social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Able to prioritize the hiring positions and work on them independently.
Ability to articulate thought process; observations and assessments in a factual and evidence-based manner. - Self-starter, proactive and a team-player
- Experience with healthcare, life sciences and research industries would be a plus.
