Overview
The Manager, Business Development and Accounts Management is pivotal in driving business growth through new customer acquisitions and managing existing customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
1. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
2. Assist in formulating and implementing business development strategies.
3. Foster strong relationships with existing customers to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
4. Generate leads and prospect potential customers through networking and research.
5. Prepare and deliver of compelling presentations and proposals.
6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
7. Work with other departments, such as Procurement, Operations and Finance, to ensure seamless account management.
8. Prepare regular reports on pipeline of potential customers, account status, transaction results, and other pertinent data for Management.
B. JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 to 8 years in business development, sales, or account anagement, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
3. Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and influence others.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
7. Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
8. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
