Job Overview
- Lead global product insights, planning, and application architecture design for the platform.
- Conduct industry trend analysis, competitor research, and contribute to product development and strategic planning.
- Evaluate user requirements, define functions, performance, and interfaces, and create product requirements documents.
- Enhance globalization frameworks and capabilities supported by the domain product adaptation platform.
- Coordinate with developers, monitor development progress, manage product development, testing, version control, product review, launch, and related activities.
- Oversee online products, gather feedback for improvements, provide enhancement plans, and guide users in product usage.
- Engage in product operations and promotion, assist in major pre-sales activities, and execute product plans.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and development.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager or solution architect.
- Proven experience in implementing or supporting overseas projects.
- Knowledgeable in business processes such as finance, HR, and supply chain.
- Experience with other ERP softwares (SAP, Oracle) would be highly advantageous.
- Results-driven with a high degree of adaptability to a dynamic environment.
