Logistics Admin Clerk / Customer Service Coordinator

  • Basic $1800-$2400 (depends on experience)
  • AWS + Bonus + Yearly increment
  • Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 9am-1pm
  • Location : Jurong East
  • **Logistics MNC**


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment
  • Prepare import and export shipments documentation
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned


Requirements:

  • At least O Level and above
  • At least 1 year Customer Service experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to commit OT when required
