Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.
- Assist Finance Manager with preparation of financial statements.
- Assist Finance Manager in handling tax matters and GST Submission.
- Daily bookkeeping, issue invoices, data entry, and filing supporting documents.
- Assist with any admin, HR, and Finance matters.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Finance or any related field.
- 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software or Payboy HRMS is an advantage.
