- Exporting of data from Ecommerce platforms (e.g Shopee, Shopify, Atome and etc)
- Perform daily accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.
- Collate data and necessary information (timesheets, verification of penalties, mealtimes, etc.) to assist the Human Resources Manager in payroll generation.
- Daily bookkeeping, issue invoices, preparing payments, data entry, and filing supporting documents.Maintain and improve the organization’s admin and bookkeeping/accounting process.
- Assist with any admin, HR, and Finance matters.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
