Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in Project Planning and Implementation on site
- Involve in construction planning, coordination works with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure all construction progress are on schedule
- To oversee, manage and provide training for project members and/or staff
- Quality Control Planning and Risk Management for the project
- Execute project in accordance with Project Management System and processes
- To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
- To monitor and track project milestones, control site progress, update and review progress reports, documentations and presentations
- Maintain filing and backup of project documentations
- Identify risks and critical paths in projects and works with project team to provide risks mitigation and/or backup plan
- To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement, abide Site Management according to Safety Rules and Regulations
- Escalate issues and critical paths timely
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree preferably in Mechnical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Building or Property related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Good organizational skills and follow-up ability
- Strong analytical and communication skill across all levels
- Strong time management skills
- Able to multi-task with a basic understanding of building services
- Possess of Class 3 licence is preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A&A / Renovations / Fitting / Experience is an added advantage
