Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record in recruiting Hedge Fund senior Portfolio Management roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for portfolio management positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a high-quality match for clients' requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and advice to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, buy or sell-side, with at least 3 years focused on portfolio management or similar roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets, products, risk management and the portfolio management profession.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing senior-level financial professionals.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, databases and Bloomberg.
