Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Branch Manager
- To provide excellent service to our clients and ensure recommendations are done based on customers’ skin type and concerns.
- To discuss and plan for therapists the recommended treatments for customers arriving for appointment.
- To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, Staff appraisal, current promotions and updates etc.
- To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch.
- To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition.
- To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment.
- To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively.
- To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication.
- To assist in making cold-calls to customer
- To accept any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the management.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
- Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
- Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
